About your programme
We engage with our clients telephonically, face-to-face and electronically (through this Website) to address work-related and personal issues.
Beneficiary/ies are:
- The employee;
- the life partner of the employee;
- Children, natural, fostered or adopted children who are financially dependent on the employee:
EAP: Children aged 13 years or older (Counselling is available to the Parent on issues concerning a minor child); - Relatives of employees who comprise the ‘household’ and are financially dependent on the employee – e.g. elderly parents, unemployed siblings, in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Call our National Support Centre on 0800 22 22 61 any time of day or night. We will be available to give you information on the EAP, activate emergency trauma assistance, schedule face-to-face counselling and put you in touch with experts in physical, mental and emotional health, diet, fitness, finance and law.
At LifeAssist we love to engage personally face-to-face with individuals, families and groups at the workplace.
When you call, tell us what it is you need and we will arrange for you to see the best person for the job in an appropriate place, at a convenient time.
In the event of a critical incident that occur in the line of duty/at the workplace, LifeAssist can help by providing crisis containment and debriefing. Suitability for onsite response will be determined by unique circumstances of each event. This can be initiated by an onsite line manager or Health and Safety Officer.
Trauma counselling for individuals can be provided within 24 – 72 hours of the incident (initiated by the individual – i.e. self-referral).
At LifeAssist we keep a finger on the pulse of the EAP, using the data generated from all levels of interaction with our clients to identify trends and highlight needs. This information is invaluable when we design training programmes in a variety of formats.
If you prefer to engage with us online, please complete the form on the left hand side and we will phone you back.
In cases of an emergencies, and for any other form of contact, please call the LifeAssist National Support Centre on 0800 22 22 61.
